This Graphic Design BFA exhibition postcard invitation proposal captures the essence of a graduating class through the theme of Identity and provides necessary information about the date of the event, the time, and the students. The design is split into 3 different sections based on a bifold format. Bold, contrasting colors, and striking typography in the first section introduces the viewer to the overall theme of the invitation. The viewer sees the class website, and a fingerprint graphic that connects back to the big question of “who are we.” On the second panel, “ID” is used as a visually engaging object to separate the composition into 3 smaller sections; the event date and address, the graduating class, and sponsors that funded the exhibition. The third section is the back of the invitation featuring a mail panel.
